[DFTB-Plus-User] CNT Gate Settings

I am expecting to get a semiconducting n-type tube because I have no doping. Also I have checked the DOS calculated for each tube and there does not seem to be anything troubling. I can try a much longer tube if you think this is necessary. I will check out the paper to see if that leads to anything.
