[DFTB-Plus-User] installation problem

Dear colleages,
I am trying to install DFTB+ on a WSL2 Ubuntu18 envirtonment using the conda/mamba root.
I was previously succesfull in similar setting, now if I run the mamba installation:
(inside the environment created for dftb+)
> mamba install 'dftbplus=*=nompi_*'
I got an error:

I have tried to re-install mamba
> conda install -n base mamba
but everything is OK according to mamba
my conda info:
