[DFTB-Plus-User] Waveplot fix

Dear users,

in case somebody uses the Waveplot tool for visualizing densities /
wavefunctions etc., I've fixed a bug in it, which made Waveplot to
return wrong densities for periodic systems using non-gamma k-point
sampling. The fixed version can be downloaded from the website.
