[MSCF-Network] Results from our Follow-up meeting

Dear all,

before I leave for the Christmas break, I wanted to send you the 
information from our Follow-up meeting. A huge thanks to everyone that 
participated, I think we made a big step forward in the network formation!

You can find all information in the attached presentation and printout 
of our miro board. They are also available in the Nextcloud 
<https://nc.uni-bremen.de/index.php/s/yaKEdQ4kawmWYo5> [1], along with 
information from our meeting in February (this is a new link as the old 
one expired - this one should not). The main points are:

- An *in-person meeting is planned for 2027*, facilities interested in 
hosting can discuss this internally and let us know after the 
"Administration" work group has discussed the requirements for the meeting.

- *Three workgroups were started* with different heads: Administration 
(Michal Strach), Student and staff exchange (Wilken Seemann), and 
Facility Database (Maria Illing). The heads will send out surveys to 
find possible dates for a first meeting in early 2026, everyone is 
invited to join working groups they are interested in.

- Regarding *communication via an online forum* or similar means: The 
IGEME (German-speaking community of electron microscopy facilities) is 
currently discussing the same thing, we will wait for the results of 
their working group and see if we can adapt that for us.

- *Joining the mailing list*: Can be done using this link
