KR Early Career Award: Call for Nominations

Principles of Knowledge Representation and Reasoning, Incorporated (KR Inc.) has established a KR Early Career Award to recognize and
promote outstanding early career researchers in knowledge representation and reasoning. The award winner for 2022 will be announced at the 2022 KR conference in Haifa, Israel, in August 2022.

Eligible for the award is any researcher who completed their doctoral degree in 2020 or 2021.

Award candidates should be nominated by an academic familiar with their work (for instance, their PhD supervisor or a PhD panel member). Self-nominations or nominations by the Award Committee are not allowed. Unsuccessful candidates who completed their doctoral degree in 2021 can be nominated again next year.

Nominations should be submitted via Easychair: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=kreca2022

The name of the candidate should be put in the Title field, and the email address, affiliation, and PhD defense date of the candidate should be listed in the Abstract box.

A single PDF file (extension .pdf) should be uploaded consisting of:
1) an endorsement letter of at most one page from the academic nominating the candidate, and
2) a curriculum vitae of the candidate.

The deadline for nominations is March 31, 2022.
