Contributions relating to description logics are welcome

UK Ontology Network meeting: Call for Contributions: Deadline 2nd March

Dear All,

We are pleased to announce the Fourth UK Ontology Network meeting
(#ukon2015) will take place on Tuesday April 14th, 2015 at University of
Leeds, UK.

The meeting aims:
- To enable dissemination of ontology relevant work from across multiple
- To encourage collaboration and cooperation between members of UK
organisations working in this area
- To help establish a research agenda in ontology and better communication
with funding councils and industry needs

We encourage attendance from those working in public and private sector,
academic and industrial settings, carrying out research and applied work.
In particular, we invite contributions in all the relevant domains
including, but not limited to:
- Health and Biology
- Decision Support
- Media
- Smart Cities
- Finance
- Spatial Information

We invite abstracts for short talks and demos. The abstracts should be no
more than 300 words. The main review criteria are the relevance and
balance across the topics of interest to the UKON community. Submission

The UKON meeting takes place immediately before GISRUK in Leeds so that
participants interested in geospatial ontology and related topics can
easily attend both meetings. GISRUK website is http://leeds.gisruk.org

Although this is a UK based network, we encourage participation from those
in Europe and across the world.

A small registration fee (£25) will be charged to cover catering.

Deadline for submissions: 2nd March, 2015
Notifications: 11th March, 2015
