[DFTB-Plus-User] How to get frequency from hessian.out

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE,
I am new user of DFTB+ and geeting many problems in frequency calculation.
I have used second derivative driver and completed calculation and got
hessian.out file now how can i get frequency form this file.
