I am seeking information regarding the Slater-Koster (SK) parameters for Fe and Si within the DFTB+ program. Regrettably, these parameters are not included within the downloadable parameter sets provided on the official website. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide regarding obtaining or generating these parameters.
