Hello Oreoluwa,

This looks like the kind of output generated by a serial binary run simultaneously multiple times. Did you by any chance either use mpi run or start multiple binaries in the same directory?

Ps. The k-point grid is probably not very good (odd Monkhorst-Pack grids tend to converge more slowly than even ones).

Hello,

When I run an MD calculation with Silicon atom, the xyx file that is output is not arranged sequentially. The data for the timesteps are dumped multiple times and randomly, not in order and a different set of data dumped for a particular timestep have different values. Could you please suggest solutions to the problem?
