Just a question ... The default compilation use OpenMP or is it a serial one ? Do I need to manualy activate OpenMP in some makefiles ? During the ctest execution I see it run only on 1 core ... I did not play with the OMP_NUM_THREADS variable so it should run default on all cores if it is OpenMP ... Correct ? Michal Husak UCT Prague ...
