[DFTB-Plus-User] Poisson solver

Dear Aradi,

We have experienced troubles to implement a planar gate in our 2D system.
Our dftb_in.hsd file contains the respective module:


Electrostatics = Poisson {
    Poissonbox [Angstrom] = 40.0 30.0 30.0
    MinimalGrid [Angstrom] = 0.5 0.5 0.5
    SavePotential = Yes
  Gate = Planar {
    GateLength_l [Angstrom] = 10.
    GateLength_t [Angstrom] = 20.
    GateDistance [Angstrom] = 7.0
    GatePotential [eV] = 1.0
   }
  }


Follows the outlog warning:
