[DFTB-Plus-User] TD-DFTB integration request.

Dear Sir,
I need to run TD-DFTB calculations. I came to know that ARPACK is needed
for the same. Is it possible in future versions of DFTB+ that TD-DFTB also
is integrated?
It would be nice and easier.
I am facing few issues in installation on a cluster.
