[DFTB-Plus-User] error in compiling from the source version 18.1

Yes, it is version 16.0.0
ifort --version
ifort (IFORT) 16.0.0 20150815
I'm trying o compile it with gfortran (gcc version 5.1 seems not working,
right?). I'm not sure if it has to be at least 5.4 as indicated in the
make.arch file?
