[DFTB-Plus-User] older versions of dftb+

Hi Balint,

Thanks for the clarification. I understand that there will not be any
support for the older versions.

My intention is to develop in Dftb+. As older versions will have fewer
functionalities, I believe it will be easier for me to understand the
structure and evolution of the code.

I am ok to go through the paper work, if it is ok for you guys to provide
the source code.
