[DFTB-Plus-User] CPP and //

Dear All,

I was trying to compile serial version of dftb+1.2 in a cray supercomputer
(ftn was the compiler).

There it is problematic that the CPP preprocessor cuts away ends of lines
containing "//" character in fortran files.
'//' means in fortran 'catenate two strings' but in c it stands for
starting a comment. So I'm getting lots of errors.

I wonder if someone has a clever solution to this.
