Thank you very much for your help.
I would like to ask you one more question.I read the following URL page
and then went through the same process.

But
*The file of tunneling_000001.dat was not found.
*plotting the date of detailed.dat, the result of transmission function
is different (please refer to an attached file).
What are these causes?
