[DFTB-Plus-User] Slater-Koster file for Mo and S

Dear all,
    I want to investigate the properties of MoS2. Does anyone known where can get the Slater-Koster files of Mo and S? I find that these are not available in DFTB.org <http://dftb.org/>. I would be grateful for any suggestions.
