[DFTB-Plus-User] DFTB for charged system

Dear All:
We have calculated a system of Cobalt(III) complex ( charge, +3 and multiplicity,1) and netrual organic dye ( charge, 0 and multiplicity,1) by DFTB. The distance optimized by Gaussian 09 between Cobalt(III) complex and netrual organic dye is  within 10 angstroms. However, the result obtained from DFTB (both OPT and MD) indicated that two molecules are far away from each other. The result deviate from the physical truth.  I attached the dftb_in.hsd and geom-start.gen to search help.
I would be really thankful for any help.
