[DFTB-Plus-User] DFTB+ SCC convergence

Hi,

Here is the option for smearing.

  Filling = Fermi {
    Temperature = 100.0000000000000000
    IndependentKFilling = No
  }

Change the temperature (electronic temperature) according to your system.
It is in Kelvin.
