[DFTB-Plus-User] Mailing list working again

Dear all,

it seems that the mailing list works properly again. You should have
obtained a welcome message two days ago (probably in German language,
sorry) containing your password for managing your list membership.
Otherwise everything remains the same, you can use the old email address

dftb-plus-user at dftb-plus.info

to submit messages.
