That shows, that it is not a DFTB+ related problem, but a problem with
your current Python installation. Make sure, when you invoke python, you
invoke the one, for which you installed the Numpy extension. In case you
are not really familiar with Unix administration / package installation
yet, I'd strongly recommend to ask your local system adminstrator or
somebody in your group with more Unix experiennce for help, as it is
rather difficult to figure out those local issues from remote.
