[DFTB-Plus-User] How to install and compile DFTB+

Dear Sir,

               I am new to DFTB+  and i don't know how to install this
program. I had read the README file but still i don't know where and how to
copy the file Makefile.user.template to Makefile.user (current directory)
and set the ARCH variable in Makefile.user . Kindly help me.
