it is "python setup.py install --prefix ....."

and please, set instead of pythonX.Y in the PYTHONPATH python2.6 or
python2.7 or whatever python is installed on your system. Also, I'd
really suggest to study the links I've sent you last time or google for
installing python packages via setup.py.
