[DFTB-Plus-User] DFTB+ compiling problem

Dear all,

I am sorry if I didn't understand the problem, but it appears that you are linking the mkl library wrong. There's a tool that Intel provides and it solves these kind of problems. I lost days trying to compile electronic structure software and this helped me a lot:

http://software.intel.com/sites/products/mkl/

Just click the options you need, copy and paste the code to your makefile.

I tried to write full path to libpthread as you advised , but the same error message happend.
