[DFTB-Plus-User] example input for Multiplicity != 1 and SpinConstants

  Working example you find in the autotest suite. However, please note,
that some of them are physically or numerically not reasonable, as they
are supposed to test some DFTB+ functionalities. Nevertheless, they can
serve as template, but make sure, you understand all settings within.
