[DFTB-Plus-User] DFTB+ compiling problem

Dear all,

I'm sorry for previous letter, I fixed my problem by installing glibc
libraries and using default makefile.
Previous error is related to the fact that I didn't do "make distclean" and
use makefile with my mistakes.
