[DFTB-Plus-User] Waveplot on Mac OS

Dear Jhon W. González,

  I couldn't really reproduce your problem. I managed to compile

waveplot 0.3.0 with the dftb+ 1.1 source using the following compilers:

ifort (IFORT) 11.1 20100806  (x86_64-linux-ifort)
GNU Fortran (Ubuntu 4.4.3-4ubuntu5) 4.4.3 (x86_64-linux-gfortran)

 Please have a look at the appropriate makefiles (indicated in
paranthesis). Makefiles provided for macs could be outdated, as I do not
have access to OS X, therefore I can't try them. Also please make sure
to use the current versions from both, waveplot and dftb+.
