[DFTB+ Announce] DFTB+ 24.1 released

Dear DFTB+ users,

The next version of DFTB+ (24.1) had been just released. This release
contains a new optimizer to search for conical intersections and some
bug fixes (particularly for molecular dynamics with MPI parallelism).

For the first time we also offer (experimental) Conda packages for the
osx-arm64 architecture (Macs with M1 or M2 processors). Please let us
know if you experience any problems with them.
