[aether-announce] New JupyterHub installation ready for testing

Dear Aether users,

today I installed a new JupyterHub on Aether, which is now ready 
for testing.  You can reach it at

    https://aether.uni-bremen.de/jupyter

This installation is completely independent of the old 
installation at https://aether.uni-bremen.de/hub.

If you want, feel free to test the new installation, which has a 
number of jupyterlab extensions installed (e.g., git support, and 
a variable inspector).

The old installation will be switched off some time next week.
